HEAVY RAIN wins the 2010 GAME DESIGNERS AWARD in Tokyo

Heavy Rain wins the GAME DESIGNERS AWARD 2010 during the JAPAN GAMES AWARDS ceremony organized every year during the Tokyo Game Show.

This prize is awarded by a comity of 10 world-class Japanese video game creators and rewards the game that, in their eyes, represents the most original and innovative project of the year: Famito Ueda (Ico, Shadow of the Colossus), Hideki Kamiya (Devil May Cry, Okami, Bayonetta), Shuu Tukami (Phoenix Wright, Ghost Trick), Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil, Vanquish), Jin Fujisawa (Dragon Quest), Jiro Ishii (White Knight Chronicles), Kazutoshi Ida (Killer7, No More Heroes), Masayochi Kikuchi (Yakuza, Panzer Dragoon Zwei), Keiichiro Sotoyama (Silent Hill, forbidden Siren) and Hifumi Kouno (Infinite Space).

Heavy Rain wins another 3 during the European Games Awards night in Paris

Heavy Rain wins Best Console Game and Best Game Design of the Year during the European Games Awards Ceremony in Paris on September 10th 2010. Quantic Dream also receives the French Creative Prize of the Year from Culture Minister Frédéric Mitterrand.
