UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY

Although we appreciate your motivation and enthusiasm to send us ideas and suggestions for games or products,  Quantic Dream and its employees do not accept, review or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, works, proposals, any content or creative materials, product names including for advertising or marketing campaigns or technologies (hereafter collectively “Submissions”).

Please do not send or submit any Submissions in any form to Quantic Dream or any of its employees.

The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes where Quantic Dream’s games, products, services, technologies, marketing strategies or content may appear similar to Submissions provided or submitted to Quantic Dream. If, despite our request that you not send us your Submissions, you still submit them, regardless of any contrary statements accompanying your Submissions, the following terms will apply to your Submissions:

• Quantic Dream has no obligation to review your Submissions, to return it and/or provide any acknowledgment of its receipt,
• Quantic Dream has no obligation to keep your Submissions confidential or proprietary.

Product Feedback

Quantic Dream does however welcome customer and fan feedback that comes in a form that does not violate this Policy. If you would like to provide such feedback to us (without including any Submissions), the feedback you provide will not be kept confidential, and we may use it (or choose not to use it) without restriction.
